Rules & Regulations

1 All participants (including passengers/guests) must fill out a current waiver and check in at the office before entering trail system. Operators under 18 must have a signed and notarized Minor Consent Form.
2 All ORV vehicles must travel in groups of two or more.
3 No alcoholic beverages or mind-altering substances which may impair a person's judgement are allowed in the trail area.
4 Firearms are STRICTLY prohibited within the park.
5 No littering. If you are caught littering, you will be fined $100 and removed from the park.
6 No hunting is allowed in the park.
7 Seat belts must be worn at ALL TIMES while driving in the park (passengers included).
8 All off-road vehicles must have mufflers and spark arrestors.
9 ORV vehicles may only be operated from 8:00 AM until dark (unless otherwise noted).

All operators of ORV vehicles and passengers should follow manufacturer's safe operating procedures. Proper equipment is necessary.
11 No person under the age of 18 may operate an ORV without a signed AND NOTARIZED minor consent form and waiver.
12 All ORV operators and passengers must possess the necessary personal health and personal liability insurance to enter the park.
13 All operators and guests must sign a waiver release form before entering the trail area.
14 All ATV riders must wear DOT approved helmets. NO EXCEPTIONS.
15 If you pack it in, then PACK IT OUT (used TP included!)
16 Be courteous to other drivers and children in the park. This is a family place!
17 The park is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal property or injury to visitors.
18 Passengers are not allowed on any ATV.
19 Failure to comply with the above rules, regulations, and safe operating procedures will result in a fine of $100 per occurance.
